SYNOPSIS: Based on Akira Kurasawa's 1952 Academy Award-winning film of the same name, the story recounts the rape of a woman and the murder of her husband, told from 4 perspectives - the Bandit, the Wife, the dead Husband, and a Woodcutter. Told through the eyes of 4 different people, the story is similar in many respects but the different details significantly vary the events, especially how the other characters are depicted and who the real murderer is.
